These photos are designed to highlight the power, force and colour in waves and the pattern and movement to the coloring in water
I started off doing this by getting two champagne glasses and taping them to a sheet of cardboard at the bases i then tilted the cardboard and propped it up so the water would be tilted (something that i corrected in post processing so the glasses looked level and the water tilted). Then i filled up the flutes to about half way with water.I watered down some normal food colouring and dropped a drop of it in each flute at the same time and took the photo using my Canon 60D and a remote shutter button to get a quick photo of the colouring as it entered the water.
